My dog is always happy to go in to be groomed and is still happy when I collect him, his coat is always perfect and he smells delightful. 

We bring our very fluffy boy regularly. He went for a deshed yesterday and came back looking so much better.

Olivia groomed my very reluctant 12 year old beddiwhippet - she was really lovely and calm with him and made a great job of his haircut!
I highly recommend Misty's Empawrium, staff are always friendly and helpful.

Luna is always a little skeptical about getting a groom. But Shannon makes her feel calm and she comes out with her tail wagging.

I am very anxious about leaving my dogs somewhere without me as being terriers can be anti- social with other dogs but they were well looked after and secure and came out looking lovely and smelling very nice!

I have been bringing Minnie to Shannon for the last two years and have loved the way she looks after my Fur Baby in every respect.  Wonderful care and grooming each and every time. A wonderful experience for us both.

Ive taken  Orvis (labradoodle) to Mistys Pet Empawrium since he was 7 months old. We needed a calm, caring groomer who’d take their time with him as he”d had a previously bad experience elsewhere. Shannon spent a few visits  just introducing him to the grooming room, not pushing anything, just making him comfortable, & he’s always been happy to go in & see her (which says a lot). Orvis is now 18months old, & always looks gorgeous when I pick him up (& happy!) I recommend Mistys to everyone!!

A very happy five month old Bernedoodle puppy emerged following her bath and blow dry  looking beautiful and so pleased with herself . This was her second time and she was not at all stressed or nervous to return . There was such a lovely  friendly welcome, I would definitely  recommend . 

Shannon is absolutely wonderful with my cocker spaniel Buddy. He is my absolute pride and joy but I totally trust that Shannon will do just as I wish and she does, every time. My boy is always pleased to see Shannon and then always comes out smelling and looking handsome. Absolute winner and would definitely recommend.
