Policy and Terms

- PLEASE DO NOT BOOK BROWS/LASHES ON SUNDAYS - A non refundable/non transferable booking fee of Ā£15 must be paid to secure booking, If you cancel your appointment, the Ā£15 booking fee will not be refunded. - If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee to cover loss of earnings. - Please arrive prompt to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule entirely. In either case, your Ā£15 booking fee will be forfeited. - Under 16s must have written consent from parent or guardian before treatment. No under 14s under any circumstances. - No refunds on lashes as time and products have been used, but if you are experiencing excessive lash loss in the first 48 hours, I will be happy to fix them for you free of charge when I am next available. - Please come alone to your appointment unless stated otherwise by me. *please allow upto 2/2.5 hours for lash treatments, depending on what style you are wanting and the health of your natural lashes*.

Mini infill

Must be booked within 8-9 days, after original appointment. Perfect for those wanting a fluff up for an event or want to keep their lashes extra full. Would not recommend more than 2 fluff up appointments in a row. NO washing of lashes or outgrowns will be removed during this appointment. Please note not all lashes will be infilled during the 30-45 minute appointment, so please do not expect full infill results.
