Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of CA$50.00 may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy, and any cancellations within 48 hours or on the day of the appointment will result in a CA$50.0 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.

Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business is required to provide the necessary documents for pre and post care and instructions should be followed as outcomes cannot be guaranteed if the instructions are not followed. 

Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments, withdraw cancelation fee or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
