A non refundable deposit fee of R50 for hands only, R100 for mani and pedi is required to secure you booking. If you are 20 minutes late, you will be charged R50 fine. being more than 30 minutes late result to appointment cancelation. All appointment cancelation should be done 24hrs before your appointment failure to do so, you will forfeit your deposit

The nail tech was not well on the day, she cancelled my appointment. The cancellation was communicated to me hours before my appointment, she was professional and processed my refund immediately after we had concluded I wasn't rescheduling for another day as I needed my nails to be done on that specific day.
