Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (depending on the circumstances).

You can bring 5 guests. Groups of 5 and up will be charged a fee of $50. Must let the engineer know ahead of time or it will be $75 at the door without notice.

Must be able to handle stairs (about 4 medium flights). 

420 friendly, but no smoking in the studio. Smoking area is across the hall. (Vaping allowed indoors). 

Alcohol is permitted, but if anyone is too drunk and/or acting belligerent, they will be told to leave.

Consultation

2hr minimum. Bring your own engineer/producer or work by yourself.

No Engineer

2hr minimum. Great for recording several songs quickly with basic mixing. *Full mixing is a separate charge. 

Recording+Basic Mixing Session

2hr minimum. Get recording with stream-ready mixes. 2 songs per hour. 

Recording+Mixing Session

2hr minimum. Recording with full mixing AND MASTERING for 1 song per hour, or for $30/track. 
For serious artists only. 

Recording+Mixing & Session (w/Mastering)

2hr minimum. Come in person and collaborate on a mix with KD. The goal is to always have a release-ready mix.

Mixing Session

Come in and make beats with the engineer. KD makes nothing but diamonds. If you'd like a custom beat sent, text (773) 915-3330.

Production Session

Send dry stems/audio files that have 8 files. 1 mix file and 1 master file will be sent back within an agreed time frame. *Flat rate!!! 1hr = 1 song ⬇️*

Small Mix & Master (up to 8 stems)

1hr = 1 song (not time based). 
Send in a larger mix up to 15 stems. 
1 mix file & 1 master file will be sent back in an agreed time frame. *Flat rate!!! 1hr = 1 song ⬇️*

Medium Mix & Master (up to 15 stems)

1hr = 1 song (not time based). 
Send in a very large mix. 1 mix file & 1 master file will be sent back within an agreed time frame. *Flat rate!!! 1hr = 1 song ⬇️*

Large Mix & Master (20 or more stems)
