Policy and Terms

🚨DO NOT SKIP, PLEASE READ!🚨 Thank you so much for booking! Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You can bring 4 guests. Must be able to handle stairs (about 4 medium flights). Respect the engineer. 420 friendly, but no smoking in the studio. Smoking area is across the hall. (Vaping allowed indoors). Alcohol is permitted, but if anyone is too drunk and/or acting belligerent, they will be told to leave. You break something, you buy it. Treat this space the way you’d want others to treat yours.

No Engineer

2hr minimum. Bring your own engineer/producer or work by yourself.

1 h | $25

Recording+Basic Mixing Session

2hr minimum. Come in and record your songs. Great for recording several songs in short times. Mixing is minimal. Full mixing is a separate charge.

1 h | $40

Recording+Mixing Session

2hr minimum. Get recording with amazing mixes for 2 songs per hour.

1 h | $50

Recording+Mixing & Mastering

2hr minimum. Get full mixing and mastering for 1 song per hour. For serious artists only.

1 h | $60

Mixing Session

2hr minimum. Come in and collaborate on a mix with the engineer! The goal is to always have a release-ready mix.

1 h | $40

Mixing & Mastering: 2-10 Stems

Send in a mix that has 2-10 stems and get them sounding polished! 1 Mix file and 1 Master file will be sent back within 12-48 hours.

5 h | $80

Mixing & Mastering: 11-17 Stems

Send in a larger mix up to 17 stems! Polished isn't even the word to describe the outcome. 1 Mix file & 1 Master file will be sent back within 12-48 hours.

2 h | $120

Mixing & Mastering: 18+ Stems

Send in a large mix to get it ready for release! Turnaround time is 24-72 hours. 1 Mix file and 1 Master file will be sent.
