Policy and Terms

🚨DO NOT SKIP, PLEASE READ!🚨 Thank you so much for booking! Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE (depending on the circumstances). You can bring up to 4 guests. Groups of 5-7 will be charged a group fee of $50. 7+ is $20/head. (There’s 5 chairs, let’s keep it professional, unless it’s specific occasion). *Must let the engineer know ahead of time or there will be door fees. Able to handle stairs (about 4 medium flights). No elevator. 420 friendly, but no smoking in the studio. Smoking area is across the hall. (Vaping and rolling up is allowed indoors). Alcohol is permitted, but if anyone is too drunk and/or acting belligerent, they will be told to leave. Respect the engineer and the space.

Recording+Basic Mixing

*SALE* Until September 25th. 2hr minimum. Great for first time studio artists or to record several songs quickly with light mixing. *Full mixing is a separate charge.*

Recording+Full Mixing

*SALE* Until September 25th. 2hr minimum. Get recording with super clear mixes. Guaranteed at least 2 songs per hour, or whatever we finish in at our pace. Additional charges apply if more mixing is needed after the end of the session.

Mixing Session

2hr minimum. Come in person and collaborate on a mix with KD. The goal is to always have a release-ready mix.

Production Session

Come in and make beats with the engineer. KD makes nothing but diamonds. If you'd like a custom beat sent, text (773) 915-3330.

Mastering

*1hr = 1 song* Get your mixes mastered within 3-7 days. Same-day mastering is available and invites a rush fee of $25.

Small Mix & Master (up to 8 stems)

Send dry stems/audio files that have 8 files. 1 mix file and 1 master file will be sent back within an agreed time frame. *Flat rate!!! 1hr = 1 song ⬇️*

Medium Mix & Master (up to 15 stems)

1hr = 1 song (not time based). Send in a larger mix up to 15 stems. 1 mix file & 1 master file will be sent back in an agreed time frame. *Flat rate!!! 1hr = 1 song ⬇️*

Large Mix & Master (20 or more stems)

1hr = 1 song (not time based). Send in a very large mix. 1 mix file & 1 master file will be sent back within an agreed time frame. *Flat rate!!! 1hr = 1 song ⬇️* (*the engineer will text you with a quote, minimally $300 or more for this slot).
