Cancellation/Rescheduling Our time is valuable and we booked out that time specifically for you, and we may have turned someone else away, so please be courteous and respect of our time. If you need to cancel for any reason a 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice is required, for any appointments. For groups of 3 or more a 3 day notice cancellation is required. ​ Any confirmed appointment that is made with Maui Mobile Massage is considered a scheduled appointment. If you did not received a text from us, your appointment is not confirm. If you are a no call/no show (meaning you do not answer the door or your phone) a fee of 100% of the scheduled time will be charge to the credit card given when the appointment is scheduled. ​
