Luxshop is a professional, licensed nail care service offering private, personalized appointments in a clean, serene, and discreet private-based studio setting. I provide a personal stylist–on–call experience, delivering one-on-one nail services tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and schedule. Appointments are available 24 hours a day, six days a week (closed Tuesday ), with optional mobile services offered for an additional travel fee.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies:

Appointments & Guests
Appointments are by reservation only; no walk-ins.
Due to limited space, one (1) guest maximum is permitted.
No small children are allowed.

If three (3) or more nails are missing, the service will be considered a full set and billed accordingly. 

Cancellations 
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
No-call/no-show appointments will be blocked from future appointments. 
Appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of lateness.
No refunds on deposits. Deposits are required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
Paid amounts may be applied to a future service or gift card under certain circumstances.

For Emergency or after-hours appointments, a charge of $100  will be applied toward the service total.

Payment is due in full upon completion  deposit is required at the time of booking.

Billing information is required for Lux Membership holders. Membership cards on file are secure and will be charged monthly on your 30-day billing cycle, unless policy fees apply.
All prices are non-negotiable.

Memberships
Membership fees are billed monthly and are subject to cancellation per membership terms.
Memberships cover included amenities only; additional services are add-ons and billed separately.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Membership is valid for ONE PERSON ONLY
Membership benefits CANNOT be shared or transferred
Guests are not allowed under membership benefits
Unused appointments may roll over (subject to discretion)
Cancel membership anytime.
Late cancellations/no-shows still count toward usage

Clients must remain respectful and professional at all times.
Consent is required by both parties, for any recording or photography.
No weapons or illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.
The business reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Complimentary beverages may include wine, water, tea, and coffee.
Sodas and juices are available for purchase.
Healthy snacks are available for purchase as well.
Clients consume all food and beverages at their own risk; the business assumes no liability.
Alcohol consumption is limited to two (2) glasses maximum.

Service Guarantee
All nail services include a two (2) week guarantee.
Clients may return within one weeks if a nail breaks, chips, or lifts due to improper application.
The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

I offer mobile services per mile radius. the fee base price is $2 per mile.Should you not be able to visit my location? I will travel to your location to provide the service. The cost of my mobile service includes time and cost of travel to the location. Private homes, hotels, venues, photo shoots, weddings, etc.. Rips& holes

Remove existing 13 x 6 or 13 x 4 and replace it with a brand new lace. Lace replacement can be purchased separately. This service is only to remove and replace the existing lace on a wig.

Limit to four patches . Patches no bigger than 2 inches can be filled in with human hair. Color match as well as bleach knots. Customize hairlines. This is not a lease replacement. This is a reventilation service. This service is only for human hair wigs. I’m unable to service synthetic wigs or synthetic blends. Hair used for ventilation is 100% human virgin hair.
