	•	All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
	•	The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service.
	•	Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in cancellation or reduced service time.
	2.	Cancellations & Rescheduling
	•	Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
	•	Rescheduling is allowed once per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.
	•	No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of the deposit.
	3.	Travel & On-Location Services
	•	Travel fees apply for locations outside a 10 km/mile radius.
	•	Parking and tolls (if applicable) must be covered by the client.
	4.	Client Preparation
	•	Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
	•	Skin allergies or sensitivities must be disclosed before the session.
	5.	Hygiene & Sanitation
	•	All tools and products are sanitized between clients.
	•	Disposable applicators are used when necessary to ensure hygiene.
	6.	Photos & Content
	•	The artist may request permission to take before/after photos for portfolio or social media use.
	•	Clients may opt-out with prior written notice.
	7.	Group Bookings & Events
	•	Group services require a contract and may involve a minimum service charge.
	•	Early start times or multiple artists will incur additional fees.
	8.	Refund Policy
	•	All services are final and non-refundable once completed.
	•	Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to a lack of communication or preparation.
