By booking an appointment with Legacy 616, clients agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. Legacy 616 reserves the right to refuse service to any client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Legacy 616 is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from services provided. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration. Legacy 616 may update these terms at any time.

Greetings! Because you have made the great decision to use Legacy616 for your event you get a discount rate with Ruby Rental for the  rental of  tables & chairs!

Clients of RubyRental when renting tables and chairs. You will have access to the storage unit which is located on the premises of Legacy 616 in the back of the building. You will get the access code and a short video the day of your event. You are responsible for the set up and breakdown of your contract of tables and chairs. The video shows you how the tables and chairs are to be placed back inside of the storage unit.
If you would like Ruby rentals to set up and breakdown, there will be an additional charge of $50.
Payment must be made at time of booking. Refunds for your rental is nonrefundable unless you cancel within 48 hours of rental contract. If cancellation is done within 48 hours before your event, you will receive half of your total rental fee back the same method that you paid with.

Our 6hour event package includes 6 hours of event coverage with an additional hour for set up. Perfect for any occasion, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Table and chairs not included. Select the products tab to add table and chairs to your cart. Non-refundable booking deposit.
