💕 Health & Safety

• Allergic reactions are rare but possible
• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule
• Please arrive with no contact lenses or excess eye makeup
• No guests or pets allowed during appointments

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A $15 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late
• Arrivals 30 minutes or more late MAY require rescheduling
• Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment within 7 days if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance
• After 7 days, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required

Promotional Pricing:
• Promotional rates are honored only for appointments booked during the promotion
• Promotional pricing must be rescheduled within 7 days to remain valid

💳 Deposits & Payments

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at booking
• The deposit goes toward your total service price

🚫 Refunds

• Refunds are not offered
• Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours so adjustments can be made

• No-call/no-shows will require full payment upfront for future appointments
• Repeated no-shows will result in blocked booking access

✨ Existing Lash Extensions / Removals

• Please arrive with no existing lash extensions unless a removal has been booked
• If you arrive with lashes still on (even a few), a $10 removal fee will apply, OR your set will be completed within the remaining appointment time.

By booking with Lavelylash, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Lavelylash may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

I absolutely loved my experience today with Latasha.  She is very professional! She made me feel comfortable and at peace!  I’ve never had lashes before, however, she explained everything very well!  She welcomed my feedback and transparency!  She has good energy and she is someone I will let do my lashes again! Thank you, Latasha!

New clients are encouraged to return in 2 weeks for best retention.

Fill

For clients with lashes from another artist.

A consultation will be done to assess the previous set.

Requirements:
• At least 40% of lashes remaining
• No residue or stickies

If the set cannot be safely filled, removal + full set will be required.

Foreign Fill

Required if arriving with existing extensions from another artist or an old set.
