Policy and Terms
If you’re 5-10 minutes late, let me know. However, if you’re running later than 10 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled. Come to your appointment with a clean face. Don’t be wearing makeup I recommend that girls who haven’t had their lashes or brows done before to get a patch test before their appointment. Patch tests are free of charge. A £10 non refundable deposit will be taken when booking your appointment. If the £10 deposit isn’t paid, your appointment will not be secured for you. Forty eight hours is the time frame you should consider when cancelling your appointment. If you cancel 24hours before or on the day of the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service.
