Please arrive on time for your appointment as you will be charged a late fee of £10 for every 30 mins of lateness. Appointments booked within 24hrs of the treatment will be charged a last minute fee of £15. Please attend your appointment alone. Facilities are only available for paying clients. An extra £10 charge will be charged for cleaning lashes, if lashes are not clean enough for lash application. Unpleasant behaviour and disrespect will not be tolerated. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time.
