By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following policies: - You must be at least 18 to schedule an appointment. All clients must be at least 12 years of age. Minors are required to have a parent present at the salon. - Please come to your appointment with bare fingers/toes or book a soak off in advance, with your appointment. - Unscheduled soak offs may disrupt scheduled appointments and delay timelines, and will be charged an additional $5. - Refrain from arriving early unless instructed and limit guests to only those receiving services. - Children under 12 are not permitted in the salon for safety reasons. - Deposits must be paid at least 12 hours prior to secure your appointment. - Deposits are nonrefundableand may be subject to additional charges for cancellations ($25) or no-shows (50%). - Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hrs in advance. A rescheduling fee of $5 applies each time an appointment is rescheduled. - A late fee of $15 may apply for appointments starting 15 mins+ late. - If you are late and have not contacted me, you will be assumed a no-show. - I reserve the right to refuse service and may require medical permission for certain ailments. - I do NOT service clients with active fungal infection, diabetes, or infection of the tissues surrounding the nail plate.
