If your poodle or doodle requires an additional 20–30 minutes of brushing due to matting, excessive tangles, or dense coat maintenance, a $25-$50 brushing fee will be added to the bathing service. ✨ Why the additional cost? Brushing out heavy tangles and mats takes extra time, care, and physical effort to ensure your dog stays comfortable and their coat remains healthy. This added time also impacts our schedule and limits how many pets we can serve in a day. To continue providing quality care without rushing or compromising your dog’s experience, this fee covers the extended grooming time and expertise required. Our Full Shave-Down service is designed for dogs whose coats need a complete reset due to length, matting, or owner preference. This service is more detailed and time-intensive than a regular groom because a proper shave-down requires grooming the dog twice to ensure safety and quality. This double-groom process ensures your dog receives a safe, smooth, comfortable shave without risking cuts, clipper burn, or uneven results. You’re not just paying for a haircut—you’re paying for the time, expertise, tools, and coat-prep techniques required to safely transform your dog’s coat.
