BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY • A nonrefundable, nontransferable booking fee is required for all tattoo sessions. PRICING BREAKDOWN • Total Price: $60-$400 • Booking Fee: $30-$200 (due to secure date & time) • Remaining Balance: $30-$200 (due the day of your appointment.) 🔒 BOOKING FEE TERMS • The booking fee secures your specific date and time only. • Booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE under all circumstances except where stated below. 📆 CLIENT-INITIATED RESCHEDULE • Please provide a minimum of 48 hour notice in order to reschedule or cancel your appointment. • After one (1) reschedule, a new booking fee is required to reschedule. • Paying a new booking fee is mandatory to secure a new date and time. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS (2 DAYS OR LESS) • Any cancellation made 2 days or less before the appointment results in the full forfeiture of the booking fee. • To rebook this service, a new booking fee is required. 🔁 ARTIST-INITIATED RESCHEDULE • If a reschedule is required on my end, the booking fee is transferable one (1) time only to a new date. • As a mom, unexpected schedule changes may occur. I appreciate your understanding. • If the client chooses to cancel due to this reschedule or time adjustment, the booking fee remains NONREFUNDABLE. ⚠️ FINAL NOTES • Booking fees cannot be transferred to different services, dates, or times outside of the single reschedule exception. I would much rather reschedule, than bring an illness into the shop. • By paying the booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above. ⚠️ TERMS & CONDITIONS — REQUIRED ACCEPTANCE By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all booking, pricing, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation policies provided by the artist. The booking fee secures the specific date and time only and is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE, except where explicitly stated in writing by the artist. No verbal statements or implied agreements shall modify these terms. Payment constitutes a binding contractual agreement enforceable under Louisiana law. Failure to comply with any stated policy will result in enforcement of these terms, including forfeiture of the booking fee where applicable.
