Clients of Kimberley Boyd Hair may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will result in a charge. By booking an appointment, clients agree to adhere to this policy. Kimberley Boyd Hair reserves the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate this policy.
