If you aren’t seeing a time that works for you on my booking, message me! Sometimes my online booking doesn’t show my full availability! I take appointments until 5-6 pm if my schedule allows for it!! ~Booking and Cancellation Policy~ I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes, including rescheduling or cancellations. Consistent failure to provide adequate notice (e.g., repeated cancellations or no-shows) will require full pre-payment for all future bookings to secure your appointment time. ~Service Guarantee and Age Policy~ I stand by the quality of my work. Should any issue arise due to my error, I will gladly perform a fix. Please note that I cannot guarantee nail retention for clients under the age of 16 due to variations in nail maturity and activity levels. ~Color Longevity~ The vibrancy and longevity of vivid fashion colors cannot be guaranteed, as results are highly dependent on client aftercare and home maintenance routines. I am happy to provide personalized aftercare instructions to help you maintain your color as long as possible.
