In case of appointment cancellation or no-show. - if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your payment will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
Sometimes due to weather, an appointment may have to be rescheduled, and you will not lose the number of appointments purchased. If you cancel the remainder of a promotion package purchased, any refund will be based upon the difference between price paid for a package, less the number of sessions completed, but at the regular price of completed sessions ($120/session completed). Any videos or pictures taken during and for training sessions, are the property of KATA*K9, and can be used by KATA*K9 for promotional and training purposes. In annattempt to fullybserve you and your scheduling requirements, certain appointments may be serviced by either Sam, our lead trainer, or Pat, our Senior Trainer & Manager of Rehab Training Services. Please note, while it is always our top priority to make every customer, human and dog, happy, things do come up that may affect the process of service delivery. While we will make every effort possible to resolve anything, any disputes or refund eequests will need to be submitted in writing via email to sam@kata-k9.com
And in the event a refund is due, it will be calculated based on actual price of per session basis, and not any promo pricing. Please note, that any costs associated with delivered and received services, will also be considered as part of service delivery. In any event, we sill still strive to make you happy.  The scheduling Rotation slots are based on the following, usually a MWF, rotation or a Tue/Thurs rotation, and are 8 available daily slots, eachvslot is one hour long, with 30 min driving time in between. And are as follows, 9am, 1030am, 12pm, 130pm, 3pm, 430pm, 6pm, 730pm.
