*Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. If late, your apt can be canceled or a late fee will be added if not here within 15 mins after apt time. 30 mins or later your apt will be canceled. *Please arrive 10 mins early to check in. * Payments due at time of service. (I accept cash, check, zelle, paypal, venmo, cashapp & goldie app). * Must arrive for pickup within 1 hr of pick up text alert. If you cant get here within 1 hr please let me know. If your not here by closing time there will be a late fee added to the bill possibly a daycare or boarding fee. * All dogs must be on leash when coming in. * Schedule is subject to change. Please text me for schedule. * Closed all fridays and sundays. (Closed all major holidays...xmas eve & day, new yrs eve & day, thanksgiving, valentines day, thanksgiving, black friday, easter, labor day, memorial day, independance day, halloween, spring breaks, thanksgiving break, winter breaks for grooming). *Boarding for holidays...$10 more on major holidays...(xmas eve & day, new yrs eve & day, thanksgiving, black friday, easter, memorial day, labor day, independance day). *Boarding dogs stays in kennel and is rotated out every 2 hrs to be let outside taking turns with my dogs and any other clients dogs. They eat and sleep in kennel. Have fenced in back yard to roam around in. * A boarding non refundable deposit of 50% is required to book apt. If you show up that deposit will go torwards amount owed. If you dont show up for apt or cancel apt i keep the deposit. *For boarding stays 10 days or more, half the payment is due at drop off and the other half is due at pick up. $10 off discounts for 10 days or more. * boarding dogs must come with their own food, treats, toys, meds(pills or liquid only. No injections as i dont know how to do injections) i am not a vet. *All poop must be picked up from the front yard. Do not leave poop bag on my porch or driveway. Do not let your dogs into my neighbors yard ecspecially accross the street. Make sure your dog goes potty before arriving. * boarder dogs must be up to date on rabies and bordtella vaccines. * groom dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccines. * park by my mail box or in my driveway. Not the neighbors curbs.
