If you experience allergic reaction which happens to less then 1% of people, you agree to seek medical treatment immediately if you experience the following, itching,lot of discomfort swelling or teary eyes, inflammation right after the service, you agree to get eyelash extensions removed free of charge for your safety within the first 48hrs of letting me know or book a free fix up to remove your lashes. You may choose if you would prefer to have them long or short or natural or heavier looking to suit your eyes. (Unfortunately, you can not come in for this service within a year of surgery or unless you provide a Drs clearance certificate but can still be performed but at your own risk) BROW LAMINATION Fluffy up those brows with relaxing hair brow serums,hybrid tint & shape for that fuller brow look! (Get it every 6-8 weeks, nothing less) (PREGNANT OR BREAST FEEDING? BROW LAMINATION YOU CAN NOT HAVE FOR BABY SAFETY BUT CAN BE PERFORMED BUT THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.) LASH LIFTING it's a deluxe lifting treatment with a hydrating Botox serum that rejuvenates and lifts the lashes. It includes a heated eye treatment and lash dye application. NO MAKE UP/MOISTURISER POLICY Please don't wear make-up/ moisturiser before lash appointment If you come into salon with make up/moisturiser ( you have now risked your lash retention and you can not hold Jessica edyvane wax,Brows &Lashes accountable for lash extension loss as you have been advised ). We will offer to do a lash cleans which is an extra cost on top of the service before we start but this is your choice if you want the lash cleanse or not , it is your responsibilty to let us know if you need a cleanse if you have not followed the no makeup and before care policy for best retention, if you dont want a cleanse or forget to let us know you want one this is at your own risk and can not hold jessica edyvane wax,brows & lashes accountable for lash loss. If you do choose to have a lash cleanse that hasnt been booked and you know you need one because you have not followed the before care & no make up policy, this means more time on cleaning & means less time on lashes extensions being applied in your appointment time the lash service will not be cheaper just because theres now less lashes added in your alicated appointment time frame because the cleaning process has now eaten into your lash time because you have chosen not to follow the no make up policy, if you dont want the lash cleans that removes impurities from your lashes this is at your own risk too and can not hold jessica Edyvane Wax,Brows & Lashes accountable. If you think you will have make up on add a cleanse to your service when you book your service this will give great retention cleanser removes the impurities sitting on your lashes that blocks the lash glue from adhering to your natural lash and the glue sits on the makeup instead , hence the reason we have before care and no makeup policy to help you get best retention. If you have cleanser do it 1hr before you arrive so we don't eat into your service time if you havent added a lash cleanse into your service so we don't eat into your lash appointment time or if your aware you have make up on and you didn't lash cleanse before your service or still dont want one this it at your own risk of loosing lashes faster for not following before care policy and this means lash extensions wont adhere properly there for Jessica Edyvane wax,Brows & Lashes you can not hold accountable and this means you can not use the 3 day fix up service. If the thought of going bare-faced makes you uncomfortable, you may wear base make-up like foundation and bronzer, but the eye area needs to be completely clear of make-up, including mascara and strip-lashes, eye liner, eye powder,foundation,moisturiser, powder. This is because make-up will stop your new lash extensions from adhering properly LASH SHAMPOO & BRUSH GUIDE 3 DAYS AFTER LASH APPOINTMENT Morning and Night before showering (heat ,steam & shower droplets bad). Wet your face or eyelashes with COLD water (Quick rinse). Apply a small amount of Lash Cleanser to a cleansing brush Gently lather the foam cleanser to your lashes and right down to your eyelid for at least 10 seconds. -quick rinse thoroughly with COLD water -Gently pat dry with a lint-free towel Brush your lashes with a mascara wand. (Clean your lashes 1 hour before your appointment time for best retention) AFTER CARE You are fully aware and agree and understand about the aftercare advice provided by the lash technician for the full use and care of your lashes. Failure to follow after care advise instructions may cause lashes to fall out earlier eyelash bacterial infections if not using your lash cleanser and brush to remove dirt between your lash line and lashes, they may not last as long as desired when not following aftercare advice.You are fully aware and agree if you do not use lash shampoo and brush to clean your lashes after service is completed & after leaving salon. Any eye problems that arise after leaving salon, eg, loss of natural lashes, lash lice, lash clumping, bacterial infection, etc...(any eye problems) this is at your own risk and can not hold jessica edyvane wax, Brows & Lashes accountable as you are fully aware this is at your own risk it is very important to keep lashes clean. BEFORE CARE 💞 You are fully aware and agree and understand about the before care advice before entering the salon for a service LASH EXTENSIONS: *NO MASCARA 48 HRS/FACIAL PRODUCTS 24HRS BEFORE AND NO MAKE UP AROUND EYE AREA OR YOUR LASHES WILL FALL OFF. NO STRIP LASHES 1 WEEK BEFORE (Lash strip glue makes lash service impossible) (Highly recommend cleaning your lashes 1hr before your appointment to get rid of any dirt or body oils on your lashes for best retention with your lash shampoo and brush, or we highly recommend booking in a lash cleans with your service) BROW WAX/LAMINATION BROWS & LASH LIFTING & TINTING BEFORE CARE💞 *NO FACIAL PRODUCTS 24HRS BEFORE OR YOUR BROW TINT WILL GO A FUNNY COLOUR. TANING BEFORE CARE💞 *SHOWER/SHAVE/EXFOLIATE,NO DEODORANTS NO GOING TO GYM 1HR BEFORE YOU ARRIVE OR YOU WILL GO GREEN😬 (Never book a brow wax and Tint on the same day as spray tanning as there has to be a 48-hour gap between these services, or you will go green. CANCELLATIONS/SERVICE CHANGES & DEPOSIT POLICY Deposits are non-refundable in this salon in case of late cancellations (less then 20hrs notice before appointment time as this does not give enough time to fill the timeslot so your deposit is forfeited. this also includes clients who book in within the less then 20hrs notice period and then want to change. wanting to change your appointment to a shorter one within the less then 20hrs notice period you can do this at your own choice but you still must pay for the full service you have booked in for originally as this is still considered a late cancelation and not able to fill the rest of the time slot as its in the less then 20hrs notice period ) or no-show or if your 1O mins late past appointment time If you are 10 mins late and you don't let me know your still coming appointment will be cancled. but if you let me know your still coming and show up we will do whatever we can in that allicated appointment time frame, we can not push your appointment back as there are others booked in around your time. (However if your late cancelled appointment is filled with another client in this short notice your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled appointment) RESCHEDULE & CANCELATION POLICY However, if you cancel your appointment before 20hrs you get your deposit back or if you reschedule your appointment before 20hours using the link provided in Your Email & search Jessica , your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking.
