JWH Cleans

By booking with JWH Cleans, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a £10.0deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window, and JWH Cleans may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as possible; in the event your booking needs rescheduled by us we will issue an immediate refund of your deposit. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. We will always try and arrive on time for your booking and won’t leave until you’re satisfied with the work carried out! Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
