You can expect a licensed, professional cleaner with clear scheduling, responsive communication, and precise checklists developed from hotel inspection and supervisory roles. The owner holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, which guides punctual staffing and consistent appointment flow. The owner’s goal is to leave you with a clean home, a smile, and the urge to return and refer others. Policy and Terms

•A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for booking all services. Deposit goes towards balance. If you have to cancel your appointment, you're able to reschedule once and your deposit will still be put towards your balance. If you have to reschedule a second time, another deposit will be required. • If you have an infestation of roaches, you MUST bomb the home (at least twice) 24-48 hours prior to booking. For infestation of bed bugs, please seek a professional pest control company to take the precautions/steps of eliminating before booking cleaning services. If any infestations are discovered during cleaning, the cleaning will be terminated and the customer will have to reschedule. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. After services are rendered from ANY bug infestations, there will be an extra fee of $100.00 added to the original price of cleaning. •Based on the severity of cleaning, pricing and/or timing is subject to change.
