Izzy’s Beauty Room - Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with Izzy’s Beauty Room, clients agree to the following terms: Patch Tests New clients must book a patch test for tints, lash lifts, and brow laminations. If you refuse a patch test, you will be required to sign a Patch Test Liability Waiver and accept that you proceed at your own risk. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Consultation form All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. If you’ve booked online or via message, the form will be sent to you shortly through text, email, or social media. Please ensure it is completed as soon as possible to avoid delays. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and arriving on time for their appointments. Izzy’s Beauty Room is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from services provided. Clients Under 16 Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by, or have written permission from, a parent or legal guardian. Guests Policy Due to limited space, only one person may attend the appointment with you if needed. No children under the age of 16 are permitted. Payments Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. Right to Refuse Service Izzy’s Beauty Room reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Policy Updates Izzy’s Beauty Room reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
