Thank you for choosing Izzé by Izzy! To help us give every client the best experience, please review our policies: ✨ SALON POLICIES ✨ 1. Appointments & Changes Sometimes life happens! Izzé by Izzy may need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. If so, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 2. Arrival Please try to arrive on time so we can give your service the full attention it deserves. Arriving late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling. 3. Deposits Deposits are required for all appointments and are non-refundable in most cases. Deposits protect both myself from no-shows and also protect your reserved appointment time. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will transfer directly to your new appointment. Emergencies happen, and I am always willing to work with you when communication is maintained! 4. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows If you need to change your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee and will result in forfeiting your deposit. I completely understand that life happens, but communication is key. Clients who no-show without communication may also affect future booking opportunities. 5. Hair Goals & Inspiration Photos Inspiration photos are always welcome, but please understand they are used as a guide and not a guarantee. Every head of hair reacts differently depending on hair history, current condition, and previous color/services. Being transparent during your consultation is extremely important so I can safely and properly approach your desired look. I will NEVER compromise the integrity of your hair for a service. If something is unrealistic or unsafe, I will always be honest and help create an alternative plan to get you to your goals in the healthiest way possible. 6. Make Yourself Comfortable Relax, have fun, and make yourself at home! Feel free to bring drinks, snacks, or anything else you may need during your appointment, especially for longer sessions. Kiddos are welcome if needed as well! 💕 We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to make you feel amazing! ✨
