Izzé by Izzy may need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. If so, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. 2. Arrival: Please try to arrive on time so we can give your service the full attention it deserves. Arriving late may shorten your appointment or require rescheduling. 3. Cancellations & Reschedules: If you need to change your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
