Booking Policy – Indyynails By booking an appointment with Indyynails, you agree to the following terms: • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable • Payment Fees: A 3.5% + £0.30 service charge applies to all card transactions. • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the total service cost. • Lateness: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be cancelled, and a service charge invoice will be issued. • Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.
