Booking & Confirmation Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is secured. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50–100% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. Full service fees may still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be treated as a late cancellation. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance. Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and offer a possible adjustment. Health & Safety Clients who are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to contagious conditions are asked to reschedule their appointment. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with policies.
