•A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm the appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment. •Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Anything less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of the deposit. •Please arrive on time, after a 15 minute grace period, bookings may be cancelled or timing reduced. Deposit will not be refunded. •My services are non-refundable. Please contact me within 72 hours after your appointment to rectify any issues. •I do not infill other nail technician’s work, you must book for a foreign removal in addition to services required.
