POLICY New or returning clients for colour or blonding service: To secure your booking, we require a booking fee (40% of the minimum price quoted to you). This booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule your existing appointment. Booking fee amount will be deducted from the total cost on the day of your service. Booking fee must be paid at the time of booking till up to 24h by the bank transfer. If we do not receive the booking fee, your appointment will be considered invalid. In person colour consultation is optional (cost £15) Skin test is required 24 to 48h before your appoitment. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in booking fee being retained. To book another appointment, a new booking fee must be paid. In case of non attendance (if booking fee was not required) cancellation fee must be paid. Cancellation fee should be 40% of minimum price quoted for the service. Being late more than 20 minutes will count as non attendance, appoitment must be rescheduled and cancellation fee must be paid. All prices are listed as a starting point. The final cost may vary based on hair length and density. Additionally, if any unexpected factors arise at the time of the appointment , the quoted price may be adjusted accordingly. Post service adjustments If you are unhappy with your hair in anyway please contact me via text within 7 days to arrange an adjustment. Some additional adjustments may come at additional cost however this will be discussed with you prior to any adjustment service being performed. Refounds will not be given on any services.
