Cancellation Policy: You may cancel/reschedule without penalty up to 12 hours prior to scheduled booking time. There is a charge of 50% of booked service fees for cancelations less than 12 hour notice per policy. Appointment Confirmation: Bookings are not finalized until confirmation is provided by our team. Telehealth Consult: A New Client telehealth consult will be conducted prior to receiving services with one of our medical Providers. This charge is $25 and will remain valid for 6 months, unless significant medical history changes occur. NEW Clients: First, start off by booking your 1:1 Telephone Consult with Lyndsey RN, BSN where we will discuss your medical history, current medications, problem areas and goals that we can help you with! We then will discuss our products and come up with a plan together. Typically after appointment, we will provide an email (within 1-2 Business Days) with a summary of services we discussed and their potential benefits so you may further discuss with your Primary Care Provider and/or family. For those with medical specialists, pregnant, or breastfeeding; please have a note from your provider approving services/medications as being requested. Zofran is an anti-nausea medication that helps prevent vomiting. All Clients that are Pregnant and/or Breastfeeding, please have note from OB Provider approving of Zofran administration. This is a requirement for approval by our medical provider. Thank you for your understanding.

Vitamin B12 Injection 1,000 mcg

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient your body must have to keep your nerves and blood cells healthy. Not only is it critical to the creation and health of red blood cells (RBCs), it's also a vital component in the production of your cells' DNA. Additionally, B12 plays an important role in strengthening nerve cells, and protecting against pernicious anemia -- a disease that can lead to extreme weakness/fatigue. In other words, if you suffer from a B12 deficiency then your red blood cells (RBCs) are unable to effectively carry oxygen to the other cells and tissues. The symptoms of these issues are fatigue, mood disorders, and tingling or numbness in the hands and feet.
