Great Service! I was running late for my appointment and called to let them know, instead of cancelling, they helped by deferring it by 30 minutes and that was awesome! The men's grooming services for waxing was really good and they use quality products...I was really impressed with skill and care that the waxing therapist took looking after me. Thanks, will be back again!

this review has a character limit unfortunately so I can’t go into full detail but I have been here twice with Sabra and both times she is so lovely and professional. I was stressed about getting waxed for my first time and Sabra was so comforting and kind, explaining what would happen and distracting me from my discomfort with chit chat, we both have cats. She explained after care and helped with secondary issues for free without ask, a bad pimple and bleeding post wax. Absolutely fantastic

I went to his grooming for a facial treatment,  after discussions with Sabra , we realised it was probably not the suitable treatment for what I was looking to achieve. Sabre was so professional and ensuring she gave me the right advice for me and my skin and not pushing sales on me just for the sake of getting money in. What great customer service and she was so attentive and really took the time to understand what I needed.
