Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect my time, travel, and reserved appointment availability, the following cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Card on File Required A valid debit or credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policy outlined below. Cancellations & Rescheduling Because I travel to your location and reserve time specifically for your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service total • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service total Travel Commitment Clause Once an appointment is confirmed, I reserve the time and plan travel to your location. Late cancellations result in lost income, unrecoverable travel time, and blocked availability that cannot be filled on short notice. Client Not Available / Access Issues If I arrive at the agreed-upon location and the client is unavailable, unreachable, or access cannot be gained, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the booked service total. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the service total being charged to the card on file. Deposits (If Applicable) Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total service cost. Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Multiple Cancellations Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments or may be declined future bookings. Emergency Exceptions True emergencies may be considered at my discretion; however, exceptions are not guaranteed. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
