“Well what an amazing experience both Heidi & I had when Heidi went for a full groom with Julie. From start to finish Julie was totally professional,very knowledgeable,making Heidi feel calm. This was Heidi’s first full groom as I wanted to keep her with fluffy fur,looking like a teddy bear,but that was a big mistake as she ended up with lots of knots which couldn’t be taken off normally! Julie advised me on how Heidi should be cut & she looked amazing. Highly recommend Julie,great lady”
