Policy and Terms

New Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure the smooth running of our appointments and to secure your booking, we will now require a £5.00 non-refundable deposit for all new appointments made from Monday, May 5th, 2025. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. We understand that sometimes things come up, and we offer flexibility for changes to your appointment. Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that any cancellation on the day of the appointment will result in the non-refundable deposit being retained. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we implement this policy. We look forward to continuing to provide you and your furry friends with the best possible service! If you have any questions regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to ask.
