 HANDCRAFTED  MASSAGE was founded in 2020. Licensed and insured. Located in Medical Lake.  I have experience and specialize in the following types of treatment:  swedish/ relaxation, prenatal, medical based, deep tissue, injury rehabilitation, sports/athletic, myofascial release, cupping, hot stone, ice therapy, aromatherapy and manual lymph drainage.  I am certified and specially endorsed by Washington state to practice intraoral massage.  

HANDCRAFTED MASSAGE

Frequent last minute changes to appointments greatly impact my small business. At this time I do not take a deposit for appointments. All I ask is for 24-hour notice in the event of a cancel or reschedule.  Failure to respect the 24-hour notice policy will result in a $25 fee to be paid at or before your next appointment. No shows will be charged 50% of the service rate which must be paid before rebooking. This policy has no exceptions and will be strictly enforced.

30-minute custom massage

The use of essential oils combined with massage techniques to relax the body, uplift the mood, and enhance overall well-being. Choose from 10 different aromas. I use Plantlife products.

Aromatherapy

A targeted cooling treatment applied to areas of tension at the end of the session to reduce inflammation, extend the benefits of your massage and provide fast, lasting pain relief.

Biofreeze Application

An ancient method using suction cups to improve circulation, release tight muscles, and encourage natural healing.

Cupping

(Available October to May)
Smooth, heated stones are used with massage techniques to melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and promote deep relaxation.


Hot Stone

Targeted cold therapy used alongside massage to reduce inflammation, ease pain, and support recovery from injuries.

Ice Therapy

Specialized massage technique that focuses on the muscles inside and around the mouth, jaw and face.  This technique helps with issues such as headaches, facial trauma, whiplash, TMJ disorder/ grinding, jaw pain, speaking and chewing dysfunction.
