Please note that 24hrs notice is required for all cancellations/changes to appointments, less than 24hrs requires full payment.
Please note that although I will do my utmost to ensure your dogs safety if your dog is matted or frisky there is a chance of injury , Hairyhorris Dog Grooming will not be liable for any vets bills as a result of this .
I reserve the right to stop a groom at any point if I believe that your dog is finding it too stressful or becomes dangerous and full payment will be required.
If you are going to be late dropping off or picking up please message me to let me know . I may not have time to finish the groom to a good standard if you are late dropping off.
