LATENESS POLICY - CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancelling or rescheduling under 24 hours before the appointment (or ‘no shows’) will result in a forfeiture of deposited fee


At Hairbyhoney_boii, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for every client, please review our lateness guidelines below:

1. Definition of Lateness

A client is considered late if they arrive after their scheduled appointment time without prior notice.

2. Grace Period (10 Minutes)

We allow a 10-minute grace period.
Services may still be provided, but your session time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next client.

3. Arrivals 10–15 Minutes Late

Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may experience:
	•	Shortened service time
	•	Limited styling options (depending on the booked service)
	•	Possible additional fee for extended sessions

4. Arrivals 15+ Minutes Late

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment:
	•	Automatically rescheduled, or
	•	Cancelled
In this case, deposits will be forfeited.

5. Notification Requirement

If you anticipate being late, kindly send a message at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
Failure to communicate may be marked as a no-show.

6. Deposit & Fee Terms
	•	All deposits are non-refundable in cases of lateness beyond 15 minutes.
	•	A new deposit may be required to secure the next appointment.

7. Repeated Lateness

Clients with recurring lateness may need to:
	•	Pay full payment upfront, or
	•	Be restricted to specific appointment times

8. Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Each situation will be considered with understanding.
