APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING All appointments must be booked in advance and require a valid card on file CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%. LATE ARRIVALS Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the full service fee may still apply PAYMENTS & REFUNDS Payment is due at the time of service. All services are non-refundable BRIDAL TRIALS Bridal hair trials are reserved specifically for the bride and require dedicated time. Bridal trials are non-refundable once completed. Any change or additional trial sessions will be booked as a separate appointment. HEALTH & SAFETY Please notify me prior to your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions. I reserve the right to reschedule appointments for health and safety reasons. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with policies.
