**Policy and Terms for Hair Ups By Daisy**

By booking an appointment with Hair Ups By Daisy, you accept the following terms. Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed without penalty up to 48 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours will incur a £20 charge, payable prior to rebooking. All outstanding payments must be cleared before scheduling new appointments. Hair Ups By Daisy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly. Bridal bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment, with full payment due 24 hours prior. Charges apply to all members of the bridal party as originally booked, regardless of service modifications. For semi-permanent makeup, a patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours prior, in addition to a non-refundable deposit and completed consent form. Your understanding of our policies is greatly appreciated.

PLEASE ARRIVE WITH CLEAN DRY HAIR, PRODUCT FREE (including dry shampoo), please where possible pre clip extensions in & bring any fascinators etc with you. Try to have a picture for inspiration with you. Some styles may require a hair donut.

Bridal Trial Service - Trial run for bridal bookings. Please arrive with clean & dry hair without any product. The style chosen may require extra hair etc but will be discussed on the day within the time slot. Brides are able to book as many trials as they wish. All trials will be carried out within salon hours only. 

Bridal Trial 

With over 15 years of experience, Prom Hair offers stunning styles for your special day. Please arrive on time with clean, dry, product-free hair and a photo of your desired look. PLEASE NO HAIR OILS OR DRY SHAMPOO! This alters the end result.
