It is down to yourself to keep all details up to date. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your appointment. However, to ensure fairness and the smooth operation of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 Hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be required to pay the hremaining balance of your booking. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will also result in the remaining balance being charged. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the remaining balance charge. Payment of Remaining Balance: Any remaining balance due to a late cancellation or no-show must be paid before you can book any future appointments with us.
