Policy and Terms
Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Maintenance appointments are charged based on time, with a minimum charge of €20 for small maintenance sessions. New dreadlock creation requires additional time for consultation and setup and therefore has a minimum charge of €40.
