Hi! If you’d like more information about events, private parties, or any FAQ just fill out this appointment slot and we’ll reach out to you. Pick any day/time as an appointment, this is merely just a way for us to contact you, you won’t come in for an actual appointment unless you’re inquiring/building a package for your event and want to view chain styles! Jewelry Cleaning Service

For $25 let us restore the shine to your favorite permanent jewelry piece(s), carefully cleaning and polishing your permanent jewelry. Any other (non permanent) jewelry items will be an additional $15 charge to clean. If you want to remove your jewelry to be cleaned it will cost an additional $5 per item to have it put back on (welded). Please include how many pieces you have in the “Notes” section when you check out so we can adjust the time needed to clean your jewelry! If you would like them removed please also include those details (you will be charged an additional $5 per item to have them put back on after cleaning). Item Repair/Adjustment

-We always fix and adjust for free in our shop, if you come to a pop up to have an item adjusted it is a $25 fee. If your item is from another permanent jeweler it will be a $25 fee to repair/adjust. Please feel free to use the information below if you need to reach out to us regarding this. We know sometimes we will have to make an exception for this rule, so please text us to discuss it! :) Please put in the appointment notes any details we need to know: multiple repairs or adjustments, did you cut them off or break them? We will adjust the appointment time depending on how many items you have. If we can repair it in the chain it can possibly take longer.
