By booking with Golden Hour Salon & Intuitive Readings, you agree to these Policies & Terms, and Golden Hour Salon & Intuitive Readings may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. ONLY the client is allowed to attend the appointment. No additional people are allowed.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion; please arrive on time, as arriving more than 10 minutes may require you to reschedule. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed.
