By booking an appointment with Golden Esthetics, clients agree to adhere to the following policies: Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee. All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during their appointment.
