$15 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

No refunds are issued 

Art work from inspo pictures will not be duplicated, only used merely as inspiration.

Late arrivals over 15 minutes could result in a shorter appointment or reschedule. 

No eating allowed during the appointment. Your favorite beverages are always welcome!

I understand that the products used during this service (including but not limited to adhesives, chemicals, and dyes) may contain ingredients that can cause an allergic reaction.

I acknowledge that allergies can be cumulative. This means I may develop a sensitivity or allergic reaction at any time, even if I have received this service in the past without incident.

I understand that if I experience any redness, itching, or swelling following my service, I should contact a medical professional immediately.

I certify that the medical history provided above is accurate and complete. I understand that withholding information about my health (specifically bloodborne pathogens, diabetes, or skin infections) can put both myself and the service provider at risk.

​I understand that Get Nailed -and manicurists- reserves the right to refuse or alter service if a disclosed condition makes the treatment unsafe.
