Policy and Terms
•Same Day Appointment• If you are scheduling a last minute appointment, I need at least 2 hours in advance if it is the day of that appointment. I am not always in the salon as I come and go based off my services for the day. Thank you for your understanding! •Cancellation Policy & Deposits• Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to one day before start time. Please be considerate of my time. If you cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the full amount of your service. 25% deposits are required for all services. Extension service deposits are a flat rate of $125. If you cancel or no show & do not plan on rescheduling you will not receive your deposit. If we need to reschedule we can do so & deposit amount goes towards your service.
