1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit: A £25 deposit must be paid upon booking confirmation to secure your reservation. The booking process is considered complete only after the deposit has been received. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the booking date. 3. No Show Policy: In the event of a "No Show," the total deposit will be retained and deemed non-refundable. 4. Personal Belongings: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before our operatives' arrival. Any items left in the vehicle may affect the quality and efficiency of our service. 5. Liability Disclaimer: The company and its operatives will not be held liable or responsible for any missing items or valuables left in the vehicle during the service.
