Before you schedule, please be sure that we have discussed your design and price so you are paying the appropriate amount for the piece you are wanting through a In-Person consultation or through text via +1 (304) 704 - 4666. 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁: Please note that Deposits are a Non-Refundable fee that is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit comes off the total of your appointment day of. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Life happens and if you need to reschedule simply reach out to me within 24 hours of your appointment so we can find a new date at your earliest convenience. You can only reschedule and move your deposite to a different slot TWICE before the initial deposit is bull and another is required (less stated otherwise). 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: If you need to cancel your appointment entirely, you must inform me within 24 hours of making your deposit to receive a refund of the amount paid. Otherwise your deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. No Negotiation. 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄: Traffic downtown can be hectic, I grant everyone a 30 Minute grace period for their appointments. If you find you're running later than that. Please message me ASAP so I am aware and can adjust your time slot or reschedule if necessary. If you do not show up for your appointment or reach out to me, your slot design and deposit are fully null. Mistakes happens and sometimes we forget. All I ask is for communication. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Due to the sometimes hectic demand of an artist's schedule, your design will not be ready till the day before your appointment. *Designs will not be shared via Email or Direct Message. If you would like to see your design before your scheduled appointment, you are welcome to stop by the shop and see it in person THE DAY BEFORE ONLY. Otherwise expect to see the design the day of the appointment. If you are wanting to make any minor revisions and adjustments to your design upon the day of, you are welcome to. * If you wish to change your design, please try to give a 48 hour notice and understand that I may need to reschedule your appointment for a later date so I have time to accommodate your rework and ensure efficiency for other clients in my que. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗳: When you arrive for your appointment, please be sure to eat a proper meal and stay hydrated. Snacks and drinks are welcomed during your appointment! If you would like to bring any devices, blankets, or fidget toys to make your experience more enriching you are encouraged to. Up to 2 people are permitted within the Pit at a time, so if you would like a friend or family member to keep you company during your session, go ahead and invite them! You will be asked to fill out a consent form and present a valid photo government ID. Anyone who is under the influence of any drug or alcoholic substance will be turned away. No exceptions.
