Policy and Terms

At FTEnails I specialise in all gel systems assuring the best quality in products for my clients , using hema free, hypoallergenic & vegan products. I am fully insured and qualified , providing a prescribed manicure style service catered to you individually.All bookings are done through Goldie, clients are welcome to set up account and book on my system or I can pop booking on with your information, I require card details to be filled out for cancellation and no show fees, I require 48hr notice before cancellation, if not I require a cancellation fee of %25 due to loss of my time and slot , emergency situations can be excused upon circumstances as I understand life happens. No shows will be charged the full amount due to my time lost. Please assure you arrive to your appointment with no pre existing product on your nails unless it’s my work, and please assure you arrive to your appointment on time.
