Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time, any client that does not show will incur a further (different than deposit to secure your appointment of £10) charge of £20 if they would like to re book this will need to have been paid. Patch Tests are done at your discretion, failure or lack of we state we Essex Dolls LTD will not be liable if any adverse reactions occur.
